CRU: Wine, Dine and Be Mine Valentine’s Day Dinner
Charm your sweetheart with a romantic dinner! CRU Chefs have crafted a menu to reminisce the special moments in your love story. Be sure to make your reservations early because seating is limited and times will fill up quickly!
The special menu will feature Maine Lobster Saffron Risotto, Jumbo Lump Crab Cake, Braised Short Rib, Root Vegetable Potstickers or Black Truffle Ravioli as a first course. The main course will feature Allen Brothers Filet Mignon, Rosemary Crusted Rack of Lamb, Pan Seared Chilean Sea Bass or Cast Iron Seared Jumbo Sea Scallops. For dessert, you can choose between Vanilla Creme Brulee, New York Style Cheesecake or Molten Chocolate Cake.
