Everyone gets to choose their own unique combination of appetizer, entree, and dessert for $48 per person.
CRU chefs will offer signature Goat Cheese Beignets, Roasted Beef Tenderloin & Eggs, Crab Cake Benedict, Maine Lobster & Saffron Risotto with Poached Egg, Chocolate Molten Cake, and Butter Toasted Lemon Pound Cake with Blueberry Compote and Lemon Curd.
